  • Work directly with shelter animals by providing daily care, enrichment, behavior support, and helping pets find loving homes.

    Roles include:

    • Animal Care Attendants

    • Adoption Counselors

    • Shelter Operations Staff

  • Support animal health through diagnostics, surgery, and preventative care for both shelter pets and community pets.

    Roles include:

    • Veterinarians

    • Veterinary Technicians

    • Veterinary Assistants

    • Front Desk Administrators

  • Help pets look and feel their best through professional grooming and hygiene care.

    Roles include:

    • Professional Groomers

    Provide a safe, enriching, and fun environment for pets staying with us while their families are away.

  • Work with dogs and their owners to build positive relationships and teach skills that help pets succeed at home—or support shelter dogs in thriving during their stay.

    Roles include:

    • Training and Behavior Specialist

  • Drive the mission forward by building relationships, sharing impactful stories, and generating the support needed to care for animals and serve our community.

    This team connects people to purpose—through fundraising, communications, events, and donor stewardship—ensuring we can continue to say “yes” to pets in need and the people who love them.
